Description:The character has never received a formal education and suffers from illiteracy. A character with this flaw can not read and suffers a -20 to all education skills except for those skills that also fall under a different category, such as wilderness. Additionally, an uneducated character might suffer penalties to social skills when dealing with educated individuals, such as authority figures, nobles, and merchants. These social skill penalties should never exceed -10 AV.
