Restrictions: This flaw can not be taken if the rules for wound stabilization are not used.
Description:The character has trouble with bleeding and wounds will not stop bleeding until bound. The difficulty of any wound stabilization test is increased by +20 TAV. See the chapter on health and damage for more details.
